The Connection Project is an attachment-informed psychoeducational program that helps individuals build healthier relationships, strengthen emotional resilience, and create lasting change. Drawing on more than two decades of clinical experience and the principles of Practicing Prodependence™, our classes focus on developing secure attachment, emotional health, integrity, and authentic intimacy rather than shame, labels, or pathology.
Choose the path that fits your journey:

Attend as needed to strengthen your recovery and maintain meaningful connections.
Healing doesn't happen in isolation—it happens through connection.
Divorce is one of life's most difficult transitions, but it can also become the beginning of a healthier, more hopeful future. The Next Chapter is an 8-week psychoeducational course designed to help individuals heal from the emotional impact of divorce, rebuild confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
Separate men's and women's groups meet once each week, providing education, practical tools, and support in a safe and understanding environment.
